Skyline High School Assessment Policy
Skyline staff believe assessment should be used to evaluate student progress towards the established objectives of each course. Formative assessments should identify student strengths and challenges. Summative assessment should be used to evaluate how well course skills and content has been learned and course objectives have been met and present students with feedback on their level of achievement in understanding and meeting those objectives.
